Russo is a passionate believer that integrity, quality and strategic thinking are critical to long-range success. A recognized authority in her field, Russo has appeared on WABC Eyewitness News, and has been quoted in the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Fox News On-line, Recruiter Magazine UK and local media.

In an acknowledgement that she lives what she believes, Working Women’s Entrepreneurial Excellence Awards named K. Russo Associates Northeast Regional Finalist in its Best Employer Category and Karen was also a finalist for the 2008 Women of the Year Award.

Russo’s memberships include the Society for Human Resources Management, HR New York, Women’s Presidents Organization, the Public Relations Society of America, and the highly selective Pinnacle Society. Russo attended Hofstra University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Pace University.
